Our client needed a solution for working and storage within extreme temperatures. We proposed spray foam as an effective thermal-resistant material, allowing the client to maintain a stable radiant temperature. We insulated over 60 shipping containers, destined for storage and office facilities in Antarctica using closed-cell spray foam with an R-value ranging between R2 and R3.5. This was essential to ensure the containers could endure the harsh Antarctic weather, including severe cold.
